This natural slab of pale, almost white selenite becomes a source of soft, diffused light. Distinct parallel growth lines run through the piece, while rusty areas along the edge, linked to the presence of goethite, enliven its cool tone. When switched off, the lamp remains a raw, sculptural mineral form.

Selenite is a very soft material, so it requires careful cleaning and protection from scratches and prolonged contact with water.
