This deep, cylindrical onyx bowl with slightly concave walls and an irregularly worked rim resembles a sculptural vessel. Milky, translucent areas are crossed by horizontal bands in shades of grey and beige, while the ochre tones along the edges were formed by goethite. When backlit, the stone takes on a delicate luminosity, highlighting the layered structure of the form.

The bowl can be displayed on a table, console or dedicated plinth, and with an insert it also works as a planter cover.
