A series of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation workshops inspired by chakras and crystals

I invite you to a 7-session workshop series that combines bodywork, breath, and mindfulness with knowledge of the chakras and the healing properties of crystals. Each workshop lasts 2 hours and is dedicated to one energy center and a crystal that supports its harmonization.

This is a practical form of self-care for those who want to better understand themselves, regulate tension, and maintain balance in everyday life.

Why chakras?

The chakra system is a map showing how the body, emotions, and mind influence each other. Each chakra is responsible for a specific area of functioning, such as a sense of security, relationships, personal power, communication, or intuition.

Working with chakras helps to:

  • recognize signals sent by the body
  • better understand the sources of tension and fatigue
  • consciously support areas that need more attention

As a result, taking care of yourself stops being accidental and becomes more conscious and effective.

Why crystals?

Crystals have been used in energy work for centuries due to their stable structures and specific vibrational properties. They are traditionally credited with supporting the processes of harmonization, regeneration, and restoring balance.

During the workshops, crystals:

  • support the healing nature of the practice
  • help focus attention and intention
  • strengthen contact with the body and sensations
  • provide real energetic support for working with a given chakra

They are not an add-on, but an integral part of the experience.

What happens during the workshops?

Each meeting combines:

  • yoga and conscious movement supporting specific areas of the body
  • breathing practices that regulate the nervous system
  • mindfulness exercises to help quiet the mind
  • guided meditation based on the theme of the chakra and crystal

The practice is also accessible to beginners and is conducted in a safe, calm, and supportive manner.

Why a series?

Where?

The workshops take place in the unique space of Sylvia Crystals, a place created for working with energy, mindfulness, and deep internal experience.

This series is for you if you want to:

  • better understand your body and emotions
  • consciously regulate stress and tension
  • introduce real, supportive self-care into your life
  • experience working with chakras and the healing energy of crystals in a safe, guided form

How to prepare?

Wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and allows you to breathe freely. We recommend not eating heavy meals for about 1.5 hours before class so that the practice is comfortable for the body.

Yoga mats are provided on-site.

If you have your own favorite mat or blanket, feel free to bring them with you.

By attending the class, you confirm that your health allows you to participate in the practice and that you take full responsibility for yourself and your well-being during the workshop.

🔴 1. Root Chakra

Security, stability, grounding

The root chakra is associated with a sense of security and stability in the body. During the workshop, through yoga, conscious movement, breath, and meditation, we will strengthen the connection with the body and the sense of being here and now. This meeting supports grounding, reducing tension, and a greater sense of self-support.

🟠 2. Sacral Chakra

Emotions, flow, creativity

The sacral chakra is responsible for emotions, pleasure, and the natural flow of energy. The practice focuses on releasing tension in the hips and lower body and deepening contact with sensations. The workshop promotes lightness, flexibility, and greater freedom in the body.

🟡 3. Solar Plexus Chakra

Personal power, energy, boundaries

The solar plexus chakra is related to a sense of agency and inner power. During the workshop, through movement and breath, we will strengthen the core of the body and build a stable sense of energy and clarity. This meeting supports self-confidence and healthy boundaries.

🟢 4. Heart Chakra

Emotional balance and relationships

The heart chakra connects the body and emotions. The practice focuses on opening the chest, deepening the breath, and building gentleness towards oneself. The workshop promotes emotional regulation, greater openness, and balance in relationships.

🔵 5. Throat Chakra

Communication and authentic self-expression

The throat chakra is responsible for communication and expressing one's needs. During the workshop, we will work with tension in the neck and shoulders, breath, and mindfulness. The meeting supports clarity, freedom of expression, and contact with one's own voice.

🟣 6. Third Eye Chakra

Intuition, concentration, insight

The third eye chakra is associated with mindfulness and inner clarity. This is a more calming meeting, based on breath and meditation, which helps quiet the mind and deepen concentration. The workshop promotes reflection and better contact with intuition.

7. Crown Chakra

Integration and deep regeneration

The crown chakra is responsible for integration and a sense of meaning. The final workshop closes the entire series and focuses on regeneration and conscious presence. The practice supports a sense of coherence, stillness, and deep rest.

About the instructor

Malwina Kośka is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience working with the body, breath, and mindfulness. She graduated from Yoga London Teacher Training in 2016 and has been leading workshops and development processes for years, supporting people in building a conscious relationship with their bodies and themselves.

For over 5 years she has been working with breath, developing the Psychedelic Breath method, which she brought to Poland and conducts in the spirit of mindfulness, safety, and nervous system regulation. In her work, she combines Western and Eastern approaches, showing how development tools can truly support daily life and well-being.
