In the magical space of Sylvia Crystal Cafe, we create a community of women who need space to pause, take a deep breath, and connect with their own inner power. We'll take you on a journey into the world of crystals, energy, and manifestation through mini workshops, magical and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.
Morning with the Goddesses
A calm, mindful gathering during which Jadwiga will lead a presentation on the energies of the Goddesses. She will share their messages, power, and the areas of life where they can support you. During the meeting, she will present her therapeutic card deck "Goddesses," show how to work with them in daily practice, and how to read their subtle guidance.
This is a time for inspiration, connection with feminine wisdom, and gentle immersion in energy that strengthens, guides, and reminds you of your inner power.
About the Facilitator
Jadwiga Naira is a therapist, mystic, and modern shaman who has been guiding people through deep Soul transformation for years. Founder of the You and the Universe Foundation and creator of the School of Shamanic Knowledge and the proprietary method School of Systemic Constellations named after Jadwiga Naira.
She combines ancient wisdom with a modern therapeutic approach, leading participants to release ancestral, karmic, and subconscious blocks. For 20 years, she gained experience abroad, learning from shamans in Mongolia, Hawaii, Egypt, Siberia, and Peru.

Selecting your personal Power Stone using crystal cards, crystal programming, creating your personal Chakra Set, and guidance on how to cleanse and care for your crystals.
Breakfast Options
Shakshuka with poached eggs, smoked scamorza cheese, marinated ginger, yogurt, and cilantro
Hummus with seasonal vegetables and olive oil
Millet porridge with coconut milk and fresh fruit
Additionally included: coffee, tea, herbal infusions, matcha, ceremonial cacao, and shungite water
