§1 General Provisions

The issuer of the Sylvia Crystals Gift Card ("Gift Card") is Sylvia Crystals spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Chłodna 51, 00-867 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000907008, NIP: 5272961992, with a share capital of PLN 5,000, operating, among other things, through the online store www.sylviacrystals.com ("Sylvia Crystals").
The Gift Card may be purchased via the online store www.sylviacrystals.com.
The Gift Card is an electronic voucher entitling the holder to use it for the purchase of goods offered at Sylvia Crystals points of sale, including the online store (sylviacrystals.com), the Sylvia Crystals Showroom located at: # (“Showroom”), and the Sylvia Crystals Café located at: # (“Sylvia Crystals Café”) (collectively, “Points of Sale”). The user is the current holder of the Gift Card – it is a bearer instrument.
The purchaser is the person who buys the Gift Card through the online store www.sylviacrystals.com in exchange for a monetary payment ("Purchaser").
Sylvia Crystals issues a confirmation of the electronic Gift Card purchase to the Purchaser.

§2 Terms of Use of the Gift Card

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Activation is automatic upon purchase – no additional steps are required. The customer receives an email with a beautifully designed electronic card and a unique code.
The Gift Card may not be used if it has not been activated or if its validity period has expired.
Store-wide discounts or promotions do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
The Gift Card purchase process is as follows:
- Visit www.sylviacrystals.com and search for “Gift Card” (via the search bar or menu).
- Choose the desired card value (e.g. PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 500, etc.).
- Add the card to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Pay for your order.
- After purchase, you will receive an email with the electronic Gift Card and a unique code. You may forward this email to the gift recipient or enter their email during the order process.
- The recipient can use the code when placing an order in the online store, by entering it at checkout.
The Gift Card can be used multiple times until its value is depleted or it expires. It cannot be reactivated.
If the order total exceeds the Gift Card value, the User must pay the difference using another available payment method.
Sylvia Crystals reserves the right to refuse the use of the Gift Card if it has expired or the funds have been fully used.
No duplicates of the Gift Card will be issued.
Sylvia Crystals is not liable for the use of the Gift Card by an unauthorized person who obtained access to the Gift Card for reasons beyond the control of Sylvia Crystals.

§3 Returns and Complaints

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the Gift Card sales agreement within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the Purchaser must inform Sylvia Crystals of their decision by an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post to: #, or by email to: #). The Purchaser may use the withdrawal form template in Annex 1 of these Terms, although it is not mandatory. The withdrawal deadline is met if the Purchaser sends their notice before the 14-day period has expired. Upon withdrawal, Sylvia Crystals will refund all payments received from the Purchaser, including delivery costs (excluding any extra costs resulting from the Purchaser’s choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), no later than 14 days after Sylvia Crystals has been informed of the decision. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the Purchaser agrees otherwise. The Purchaser will not incur any fees for this refund. The Purchaser is liable for any decrease in the Gift Card's value resulting from use other than necessary to determine its nature, features, and functioning – in particular, any reduction in card balance, which will be deducted from the refund. The Gift Card must be returned to Sylvia Crystals at: #, at the Purchaser’s expense, within 14 days of the withdrawal declaration. This deadline is deemed met if the Purchaser dispatches the Gift Card before the 14 days expire.
Products purchased using the Gift Card are subject to return and complaint policies in accordance with the Sylvia Crystals store regulations and applicable law.
Sylvia Crystals is not responsible for lost or damaged Gift Cards once delivered to the Purchaser.
To exchange a product purchased with a Gift Card, proof of purchase is required. Refunds to the Gift Card are not possible – the User may exchange for another item of equal or higher value, paying the difference if applicable.
Complaints regarding products purchased with the Gift Card may be submitted in accordance with the complaint procedures of the Sylvia Crystals store.

§4 Final Provisions

The Purchaser declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The issuance of the Gift Card does not constitute a VAT-taxable sale under applicable tax laws.
The Gift Card is not an electronic payment instrument or payment card.
These Terms and Conditions are available at www.sylviacrystals.com.
Sylvia Crystals reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes become effective upon their publication on the website. The applicable version for each Gift Card is the one in effect on the date of its purchase.
