Appetizer: Beef carpaccio with porcini mushroom mousse, arugula, and Grana Padano
Soup: Celeriac cream with vanilla, roasted chestnuts, and chive oil
Main Course: Duck breast with Jerusalem artichoke and apple purée, baby carrots, kale, and port wine sauce
Dessert: Chocolate fondant with winter truffle, red wine gel, and brown butter ice cream
VEGETARIAN SET
Appetizer: Celeriac carpaccio with brown butter mayonnaise, pecorino, and hazelnuts
Cream Soup: Beetroot cream with goat cheese, pistachios, and lemon olive oil
Main Course: Cauliflower steak with cauliflower purée, truffle, French-style potatoes, and mango chipotle sauce
Dessert: Chocolate fondant with winter truffle, red wine gel, and brown butter ice cream

To ensure the highest level of comfort and intimacy, the dinner takes place in dedicated time slots. The number of seats is strictly limited (7 couples and 6 singles per slot).
